Cancellation Policy
Whether you’re a regular visitor or a new face, we thank all our customers who walks through our doors.
As a small business, you can appreciate we can’t afford last minute cancellations or no shows. Because of this we have the following in place: A £10 deposit is required upon booking via our booking system slick to secure your appointment. If you book online this will be taken upon booking, if you book in salon or over the phone, you will be sent a text with a secure link to pay.
This amount is taken off the upcoming appointment and is refundable up to 48 hours before the appointment. Sometimes a 50% deposit is needed for certain appointments, but you will be advised of this if it applies to you. We also kindly request that you give us as much time as possible if you need to re arrange or cancel your appointment. Hair at Hatton have a cancellation policy in place which is: Less than 48 hour’s notice : 50% of the appointment value is to be paid. Less than 24 hour’s notice OR no show: 100% of the appointment value is to be paid.
