Where can I find you?

We are located within Hatton Country World, with the nearest car park to us being located on the left-hand side as you enter the main gates.

Where do I park?

Parking is free for your first 60 minutes and then a £2 fee is payable for 1 day parking. The £2 fee is to be paid either at the farm admission desk, on the ring-go app or at the machine in the shopping village car park.

The £2 parking charge starts from 9:30am.

Please note, the car park is controlled by ANPR cameras, so no ticket is needed to be displayed.

How can I book?

What are your prices for your services?

All of our prices can be found here or through our booking portal. If you have any questions on pricing, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our team. We will be more than happy to help.

What is your cancellation policy?

As a small business, you can appreciate we can’t afford last minute cancellations or no shows. Because of this we have the following in place:
A £10 deposit is required upon booking via our booking system slick to secure your appointment. If you book online this will be taken upon booking, if you book in salon or over the phone, you will be sent a text with a secure link to pay.  

This amount is taken off the upcoming appointment and is refundable up to 48 hours before the appointment. Sometimes a 50% deposit is needed for certain appointments, but you will be advised of this if it applies to you.

We also kindly request that you give us as much time as possible if you need to re arrange or cancel your appointment. Hair at Hatton have a cancellation policy in place which is: Less than 48 hour’s notice : 50% of the appointment value is to be paid. Less than 24 hour’s notice OR no show: 100% of the appointment value is to be paid.
